Stephanie Moynagh – Family Support Specialist, Client and Family Integrated Care, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Steph coordinates Holland Bloorview's Parent Support Network, and CommunityCONNECT series hosted by the Hospital's Family Navigation Hub, designed to support families in addressing needs that relate to social determinants of health. She has a Masters in Adult Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, University of Toronto. She has strong interests in health equity and community advocacy. Her drive to support and advocate alongside families is shaped by the experience of being raised by a single parent with a disability.
