Jessica Reid is a Social Worker and Clinical Lead for the Family Navigation Hub at the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. Here, she leads a team in the design and delivery of a navigation intervention service that aims to help clients and families identify and address their social determinants of health needs. She holds an Honors bachelors in Sociology and Social Work, as well as a Masters of Social Work Degree from the University of Toronto. Jessica also holds Adjunct Lecturer status and provides clinical supervision to Masters of Social Work students. Her educational background and clinical practice are characterized by a firm commitment to building bridges between vulnerable community members and the wrap-around support they need for rehabilitation to be effective. When she's not at work, she is the proud hockey mom to her daughter Aaliyah.
