Stefanie has been working in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis for 26 years. Her career started as the Ontario Autism Program was emerging, her front-line work with young kids with ASD laid the foundation and motivation for her career. Stefanie focused on ASD specific roles for the first portion of her career, working in family homes, clinic settings and schools. Stefanie joined the team at Mackenzie Health 15 years ago and in her current role as Coordinator her clinical focus is on supporting extremely complex children, youth and adults with a range of developmental disabilities and behavioural needs, to live their lives in meaningful and purposeful ways. Stefanie collaborates with a number of community organizations on a daily basis, knowing that working with the right team of service providers is what brings greatest success to clients and their caregivers.
