This campfire session describes new approaches taken by Grandview Children’s Centre to weave inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility into workplace culture. Describing their innovative approach to creating the IDEA committee, Grandview Children’s Centre invites discussion regarding challenges and successes for publicly supported, client and caregiver-focused agencies.
