Due to exceptionally high demand in Vancouver during our event dates, the Pan Pacific Vancouver is currently sold out on Tuesday, November 17,2026. We have been working closely with the hotel to explore all available options; however, at this time, they are unable to accommodate additional Tuesday night reservations.
What This Means for Attendees Arriving on Tuesday
If you are arriving to Vancouver on Tuesday, November 17, please:
- Book your Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Pan Pacific using the conference booking link.
- Reserve Tuesday night accommodations at a nearby hotel. See a list of hotels that are within walking distance to Pan Pacific below.
- Select a flexible or refundable rate whenever possible.
This approach will give us the flexibility to:
- Move guests back to the Pan Pacific should rooms become available.
- Relocate guests to an alternative group block if we can secure additional rooms at another nearby hotel.
