Wayne Myers joined Canoe Financial in 2019 and brings over 30 years of investment industry experience. He covers and supports advisors in the Calgary and Edmonton regions. Before joining Canoe, he held senior roles with several of Canada’s leading investment firms, including serving as Head of the Canadian arm of Macquarie Global Investments, where he developed innovative strategies tailored for Canadian investors. He began his career at Canadian International Group in Toronto.

Outside of work, Wayne is an avid athlete – having played high-level soccer – and continues to enjoy hockey and golf. He and his family have called Calgary home since 1998.
