Lindsay is passionate about data and its power to drive informed decisions. At ErinoakKids, she leads a team of data analysts focused on quality and performance management, collaborating with clinical teams to enhance data literacy and leverage business intelligence tools. She also advances the Digital Health Strategy, integrating and standardizing digital practices across the organization with her team of digital health specialists.
Before joining ErinoakKids, Lindsay worked as a Biostatistician at renowned cancer research hospitals in Canada and the United States and led a team of analysts for Ontario's Access to Care wait time strategy.
Lindsay holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics & Statistics from McMaster University, an M.Sc. in Biostatistics from the University of Toronto, and is an Associate Statistician with the Statistical Society of Canada.
