Kristi Morgan is the Vice President of Clinical Services at ErinoakKids, where she leads with a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making and sustainable operational improvement. Since joining ErinoakKids in 1996 as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Kristi has grown with the organization, taking on progressive leadership roles that reflect her deep understanding of clinical service delivery and organizational development.
Kristi inspires her teams to deliver evidence-based, client-centred services and consistently uses data analytics to inform strategic decisions and enhance high quality care across clinical services She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Science (S-LP) from Western University and a Public Sector Executive Leadership certification through Smith School of Business at Queens. With extensive experience in change management and sustainable implementation of high quality services, Kristi remains a dedicated advocate for clinical innovation and excellence in the pediatric healthcare sector.
