Nisha is CTN’s Manager of Communication Development and Feeding Services. She is a registered Speech Language Pathologist and Healthcare Manager with more than ten years of leadership experience in the children's rehabilitation services and home and community care sectors. Nisha has vast experience in steering the operations of multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and complex environments. As a leader, Nisha strives to drive clinical excellence and service quality using a client and family-centred approach. Nisha is passionate about delivering culturally competent services to people from diverse socio-economic, cultural, linguistic, and equity-deserving groups. She loves getting to know people and working collaboratively to build strong and trusting relationships.

In her role as Program Manager at CTN since 2021, she has been responsible for overseeing CTN’s School Based Rehabilitation Services (SBRS)- Speech, Augmentative Communication Consultation Services (ACCS), Feeding Assessment and Consultation Services (FACS), and Audiology programs. Nisha works closely with CTN’s network partners to strengthen relationships, remove service delivery barriers, and improve operational processes.
