Noella Klawitter is the Director of KidsInclusive at Kingston Health Sciences Centre and serves as Co-Chair of the Empowered Kids Ontario (EKO) Leadership Council. With over 25 years of leadership experience, she brings both professional expertise and the lived experience of being a mother and a person with a disability.



Noella holds a Master’s degree from the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is also an accomplished Para Track and Field athlete, holding three IBSA Pan American Gold medals and four Canadian records. As a public speaker, Noella has inspired audiences by sharing her journey of losing her eyesight and her insights on resilience, courage, and overcoming adversity.



Passionate about empowering others, Noella focuses on children’s development, pediatric wellness, and family-centered care. She lives by a leadership philosophy grounded in collective growth, believing that: “Sometimes the greatest things in life are not what we accomplish ourselves, but what we help others to do.”



Noella’s dedication to fostering inclusive care and creating opportunities for children and families continues to drive her impactful work across Ontario.
