Sara Pot is a parent partner with CanChild, currently serving as a co-instructor with the FER course and supporting the implementation of the F-Words Framework. In addition, Sara serves on the Board of Directors for Empowered Kids Ontario, and works as a consultant for Christian schools specific to inclusive education. Sara says that while she and her partner Ralph celebrate all four of their children's unique gifts and abilities, they are often challenged by the complex care needs of their two youngest, Rachel and Janneke. These challenges have fed a passionate interest in child development and family engagement.
